Founder & Managing Partner

Erika Haskins

Erika is an experienced founder, economic developer, and venture operator with 18 years of experience driving innovation and capital access across startups, social impact, and public sector systems.

Erika has raised and deployed millions in catalytic capital for new ventures and job creation. Her expertise spans fund formation, investment strategy, due diligence, and post-investment portfolio support. She has advised and supported hundreds of early-stage ventures through Techstars and MassChallenge, and previously designed & led accelerator programs for Tier 1 universities & 13 international embassies with the U.S. Department of State.

Erika holds an MBA with a focus on venture finance and marketing from Babson College, as well as two advanced degrees in education. She has completed executive programs at The Wharton School and Harvard Kennedy School and served 2 years as a lecturer and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The University of Texas at Austin. Her thought leadership on rural innovation and community investment has been recognized nationally through the US Economic Development Administration's inaugural Economic Recovery Corps
